On September 20, 2017, the CNCA convened the "Working Conference on Establishing and Demonstrating 2017 National Organic Product Certification" in Nanning, Guangxi Province. Representatives from local and municipal authorities, certification bodies and organic product certification demonstration (creation) regions attended the meeting meeting. The meeting informed about the establishment of organic product certification demonstration area and the development of organic industry. The conference introduced the application of accurate experience in poverty alleviation of organic product certification services and the promotion of ecological civilization by the organic industry, and invited representatives of local governments and demonstration (creation) districts to share Work experience, Liu Weijun, vice director of CNCA attended the meeting and made an important speech.
Deputy Director Liu Weijun fully affirmed the establishment of certification of organic products with "five unprecedented achievements" and combined with the "No.1 Document" of the Central Government, the "Guiding Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Carrying out Quality Action Plans" in 2017 (Zhong Fa [2017] On the 24th, this paper analyzes the policy advantage of developing organic industry at the present stage, points out the problems existing in the process of developing organic industry, and puts forward four requirements for the next step of model creation. First, it takes problem orientation and deepens the system reform. Second, the demand-oriented and optimize the supply of services; Third, the result-oriented and effective public trust; Fourth, to work together as a guide, the community pushed together a total of governance.
