On November 13, 2017, the opening ceremony of the 3rd Plenary Session of the International Organization for Standardization Administration of Institutional Organization for Standardization (ISO / TC309) and the Global Best Practices for Anti-bribery Management Summit were held in Shenzhen. Huakai Certified Delegates and representatives from global 25 More than 200 anti-corruption experts and business representatives from different countries and regions attended the conference.
This summit is one of the important agendas of the ISO / TC 309 National Agency Governance Conference. It is hosted by ISO / TC 309, SAC and Shenzhen Institute of Standards and Technology . Xia Kunshan, deputy director of the Shenzhen Municipal Market Authority presided over the opening ceremony. ISO / TC309 is the Corporate Governance Technical Committee established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 2016. Its work mainly involves anti-bribery, corporate governance, reporting, compliance and other related fields.
Last year, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) promulgated the "Guidelines and Requirements for Anti-Bribery Management System" of ISO37001: 2016, which provides new ideas and methods for the anti-corruption and anti-bribery work of the international community. Zhang Xiaogang, chairman of ISO, pointed out that the anti-bribery management system is one of the innovative achievements of standardized measures in the field of corruption prevention and provides a systematic management approach to the anti-bribery management of all kinds of organizations and helps to establish an all-round and three-dimensional anti-corruption system.
In the field of standardization of corporate governance such as anti-bribery, Shenzhen technical experts participated deeply and thoroughly in the guideline of "Anti-bribery Management System Requirements and Implementation Guidelines" of ISO37001, and took the lead in releasing the local standards for implementing the anti-bribery management system in China. Zhang Jiqing, deputy secretary general of Shenzhen Municipal Government, said that this is not only an exploration and innovation conducted by Shenzhen on anti-corruption and bribery work, but also a new milestone in building the Shenzhen standard in social management and practicing the concept of "standardization +".
