SC03 Wholesale and Retail Services (GB/T 27922 Commodity After-Sales Service Certification)

This certification uses a quantitative scoring system of 100 points, divided into four levels: standard, three-star, four-star, and five-star. A score of 95 or above is the highest five-star level, directly reflecting the company's service level. Currently, market competition has shifted from product competition to service competition. Consumers are paying more attention to after-sales support, and a comprehensive after-sales service system has become the core advantage for companies to capture the market and earn user trust.
